WE ARE NOW OFFERING...

A comprehensive three and a half-day workshop was designed to review the nine supervisory skills modules that deliver the essential “must-have” knowledge of management and supervision in the hospitality world and distinguishes graduate "CHP" attendees' achievements. 

Here are the nine topics covered:

  • “Conducting Training and Orientation”
  • “Handling Problems and Conflicts”
  • “Staffing and Scheduling”

Workshops will be conveniently held at the APD Training Premises located at 101 NE 3rd Ave., Suite 1500. Fort Lauderdale, Fl. 33301. Sessions are from 9:00 am to 4:30 pm with a 45-minuteindependent lunch break. Exam and Review session held on last Friday of workshops. Complimentary parking for all attendees.
